Originally founded as Bell Haven Resort in the early 1920's, Bell Haven has been a fixture on Clear Lake's Southern shore for nearly 80 years. Operating as a resort until early 2004, Bell Haven has long been known for its beautiful lake views, lush grounds, verdant lawns and classic resort setting.

The primary difference between Bell Haven and virtually every other resort on Clear Lake's 100 mile coastline is a blissful combination of privacy and space, with only 6 houses nestled among the trees on the 3.5 acres of fully fenced and gated grounds. In 2004, the homes that made up Bell Haven were sold to individual families, each sharing a vision of creating a classic family resort compound, modeled on the idealistic image of a turn-of-the-century Midwest or East Coast lake-region resort.

After significant improvements and modernization, Bell Haven's owners have achieved this goal. The yellow cottages, white trim and dark green doors evoke an earlier time, while double pane windows, updated fixtures and a recreation room (complete with a classic pool table!) bring the conveniences of today to a relaxing "yesteryear" lakefront vacation experience.
